Shipping Policy

Shipping is a Big Deal to us. I mean, when you live way out in the mountains of Far West Texas, an hour roundtrip from your own post office box, you learn to appreciate the folks who move treasures across the country. We're pros at packaging fine art originals, and we devote the same loving care to every piece of art we send, be it a bookmark or a unique, hand-repainted print. Lindy uses special boxes, each designed for the type of artwork we're shipping. Even most small items are packed in boxes instead of envelopes.

Most Orders of $30 and up ship free within the United States.* Smaller sales incur a postage/handling charge, so we encourage you to keep filling that shopping bag til you reach $30.

At Old Spanish Trail Studio, our preferred carrier is the postman, USPS. They take good care of art packages, and your purchase is fully insured. Very Large original art usually goes FedEx out of Midland. We drive it straight to the FedEx counter at the airport to keep the wear and tear of passing through different hands to a minimum.

*Some very large original paintings (art with any single dimension over 24") may have shipping costs added as noted in that artwork's description.

We will work with you to keep added costs to a minimum, and also explore delivery or pick up options for large wall art.

Return & Exchange Policy

Creations by Lindy Cook Severns cannot be exchanged or returned, so be sure about your purchase.

We've never had anyone tell us they're dissatisfied with an Old Spanish Trail Studio product. Instead, we repeatedly hear It's so much lovelier than the photos show!

We're nice people. You can trust us, so choose the art you love, then buy with confidence. In the unlikely event something goes wrong, we'll work with you til we get it right. It's our handshake, the West Texas way.

All  Lindy Severns enhanced prints are packaged in a protective foam board case and dressed up a bit with ribbon to bring a smile to your day when you open that big box your art arrives in.
