Lindy prints a single 12" x 16" giclee on fine art paper in archival inks after receiving your order. Then comes the magic: the Big Bend artist uses pastel pencils, hard pastels or watercolor pencils to paint all over that print. This creative process differs each time Lindy revisits a painting. The artist creates unique new artwork that stands on its own, with her old signature painted out and a new one added to indicate that this Lindy Cook Severns remarque is now a unique piece of fine art.

While smaller paintings won't reproduce this size, those that do (shown here) will make a significant, elegant statement on your wall.

WE OFFER THIS SIZE FOR PAINTINGS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ART IS MOST SIMILAR TO THIS FORMAT. There is little or no cropping done in reproducing the artwork listed here.

The 2" wide ivory mat fits your remarque into a standard sized, readymade 16" x 20" frame.  Lindy mats all remarques in heavy, conservation ivory matboard, a single warm neutral mat that complements the artwork and fits all decor. A framer can custom mat and frame your art for an even larger statement on your wall, or replace it with a wider double or triple mat in decorator colors, but we only stock ivory in standard sizes.

The acid-free foam board backing on your enhanced print facilitates framing while protecting your fine art. A clear, resealable bag and ribbon-tied protective foam board case make an attractive gift presentation while adding additional protection.

Domestic shipping in a nifty secure fine art box via USPS Priority Mail is free, even to multiple locations, and includes insurance.
